Unifying Brand Identity Through Design & Messaging

STR Group is a global recruitment organization comprising six specialist staffing brands operating across the UK, U.S., and EMEA. Crown Rock was commissioned to create a unified brand identity that reflected the group’s credibility, energy, and ambition.

The project required balancing the individuality of each sub-brand with a cohesive group-level identity that would inspire confidence among clients and employees alike.

How We Worked Together

We led a full brand refresh, including new logos, visual frameworks, and environmental branding for STR Group’s offices.

 

Working closely with leadership and HR, we aligned visual identity with the company’s culture and values, creating an inspiring space that elevated employee pride and client perception.

The result was a fresh, professional, and aspirational brand that positioned STR Group for its next phase of growth.
