How We Collaborated

Working alongside Shermco’s HR and Communications teams, we gathered stories from departments across the business to highlight people, projects, and milestones that mattered most.

We created a refreshed visual identity and newsletter template that balanced corporate professionalism with a more human, conversational tone, ensuring employees could see themselves reflected in every issue.

This evolved newsletter became a cornerstone of Shermco’s internal communications, reinforcing a culture of recognition and belonging.
