A retainer is a monthly engagement that gives you access to the full Crown Rock team on an ongoing basis. It's designed for organizations that need consistent marketing support — properly planned, managed, and delivered month after month.

Every retainer begins with a clear briefing process. We take time to understand your business, your goals, and what success looks like before we agree anything.
We agree what's included
Based on what you need, we agree a clear scope — what we'll deliver each month, what the priorities are, and how we'll work together. No ambiguity, no scope creep.
We deliver, consistently
Each month we deliver against the agreed scope — reporting back on progress, flagging anything that needs attention, and keeping things moving forward.
We review regularly Retainers are reviewed at agreed intervals so the scope stays relevant as your business evolves. If priorities shift, we shift with you.
Retainers run on a minimum three-month basis, giving both parties time to establish a rhythm and start seeing real results.
Projects
For organizations with a specific, defined need - a campaign, a brand refresh, a communications plan - we also work on a project basis. We agree the scope, the deliverables, and the timeline upfront, and deliver against them.
